Whew!
It's been hopping in the studio lately. The Open Studio went well and many thanks to those that came. I'm getting ready for several shows, one of which opens this week.
I'm super EXCITED about suddenspace. A Pop-Up gallery in 5,000 square feet of raw space featuring 19 of the best emerging artists around. The works in the show are truly incredible and I'm honored to be a part of the show. For the first time ever, I got to see my largest monotypes (5 feet tall and seen below) side by side on display. It was a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. suddenspace has an accompanying website and will have several events for you to attend.

I dropped off Descent a new ink on yupo piece for the Transformer Gallery Art Auction today and am excited to participate with so many other great artists! Transformer is a wonderful non-profit that provides a supportive framework for emerging artists here in DC.
